Low Sunlight - having low or lack of sunlight may cause of curling of the leaves. The sunlight is very important to the plant. It is their food. So it is recommended to plant pechay where it can get atleast 4 hours of direct sunlight.

Too Much Fertilizer - lots of fertilizer especially the synthetic or inorganic fertilizer may also cause of curling of the leaves. Inroganic fertilizer are not natural, it has chemical in which it may have side effect to the plants. So be careful in applying fertilizer. It is good if you use or switch to organic ones.

Too Much Water - another reason of having a yellow pechay leaves is too much water. Well if you apply too much water it will cause a yellow leaves. This is because the roots will be moist at all the time and the bacterias and viruses on the soil will damage the roots.

When the roots are damage it will lead to a yellow leaves. Sometimes when it already happen it cannot be prevented.

When the plant is not getting enough sunlight it will cause of having a yellow leaves. To solve this problem, grow pechay in open space where it can get atleast 4 hours of direct sunlight. Avoid growing pechay in shaded places.
